Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie Ball (born November 24 January 1981) is an American political commentator. She was a former political candidate, as well as hosting a TV show on MSNBC as well as a regular contributor to The Huffington Post and former co-host of The Hill's Rising together with Saagar Enjeti. Enjeti and Ball announced in May 2021 that they would quit the show in order to start their own project, Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball co-hosts Krystal Kyle & Friends' podcast with Kyle Kulinski. She has appeared as a guest on Fox News, CNN, Fox News, Fox News, Fox News, as well as programs like Real Time With Bill Maher. Ball got married to Jonathan Dariyanani in 2020. Ball credits her passion for politics due to the reality that she became a mother during the 2008 primaries, and also was able to be able to watch the US presidential election results while in Jordan. She was able see the impact that it had on the citizens of her home country and gained an appreciation for the worldwide impact of US politics. She was part of the Senior Fellowship member of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's candidate for Congress in Virginia's 1st district in the year 2010. She lost to Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. She hosted The Cycle on MSNBC from June 2012 through July 2015. She created the People's House Project (a political action committee dedicated to Democratic causes) in May of 2017.
